4th grade learned about the American Revolution in ELA. We played a game to help us understand the concept of taxation. We wrapped up our unit with a tea party celebration!

Well done to the MRE Drama Club! They had a showcase. Ms Wurst has been working with the kids that signed up for drama club. They have been working so hard to make a showcase and perform it for their parents. They are so brave to go up there and perform in front of so many people. Great job guys!

After her big 2nd place win at MRE, she took her project to the Regional Science Fair to compete against students from all over the area, Maggie brought home 3rd place! We celebrated Black History Month at MRE with a fun game of Bingo. Every day we would give hints on the person of the day. Then we would learn about the person and watch videos about them. With our buddy classes we read a book about Kente hearts. We colered them and wove them together. Then we put a bulletin board up for everyone to see.
