The Dardenne Knights are coming together to make a difference! Our school is hosting a food and personal care item drive to support the St. Louis Area Foodbank, and we invite all families to participate. This is a wonderful opportunity for our students to show kindness, teamwork, and generosity while helping families in need in our community.
The drive will take place Monday, February 9, through Friday, February 13. To make it even more exciting, the grade level that donates the most items will earn an extra recess as a thank-you for their generosity.
Requested donations include non-perishable food items such as mac and cheese, soup, canned fruits and vegetables, pasta, crackers, and peanut butter, as well as personal care items like toothpaste, soap, and shampoo.
Items can be sent to school during the collection dates. Every donation—big or small—makes a meaningful impact.
