Dardenne Staff Leads the Way This Summer!
On June 17th, Dardenne Elementary teachers and staff came together for an energizing day of Leader in Me Core 3 training. This summer session gave our team a chance to reflect on the incredible progress we’ve made over the past year—and to celebrate our shared success.
One major highlight this year was the increased focus on staff and student celebrations during our Leadership Assemblies. These gatherings not only recognized achievements but also helped build stronger connections with our families, who were invited to join in the fun and pride.
We also saw exciting results in student goal tracking, especially with attendance. Thanks to their commitment and accountability, we were proud to award three times as many attendance awards at the end of the school year!
This summer’s training wasn’t just about reflection—it was about vision. Together, our staff began planning for an even stronger 2025–2026 school year. Our goals include expanding student leadership roles, weaving the 7 Habits into daily conversations, and enhancing our use of student leadership binders.
With momentum on our side, there's no doubt: the upcoming school year is going to be GREAT!
