On the January Early Release Day, DES teachers met in Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) to collaborate, plan lessons, and review student data.
These meetings focused on ensuring every student received the support they needed to succeed. By analyzing data from assessments and assignments, teachers identified areas where students excelled or struggled and discussed targeted strategies to address these needs.
These collaborative sessions also allowed teachers to share best practices and innovative ideas, creating a stronger, more cohesive teaching community. Ultimately, we want to empower every student to reach their full potential at Dardenne Elementary.
