School Board Policy

Students, parents/guardians, bus drivers and school officials must work together to provide for the safe transportation of students.  We want all students to experience and safe and enjoyable ride to and from school.  Throughout the year we conduct lessons to help teach students appropriate and safe bus behaviors.  The District takes bus safety very serious and misbehaviors are subject to the following disciplinary guidelines.  Bus drivers will typically provide an oral warning to students for minor misconduct.  Repeated and more serious acts of misconduct will result in the following steps:

3rd offense– 3 day bus suspension

4th offense– 5 day bus suspension
